[New Cardio Bulletin] Maintain Balanced Blood Pressure Within 83 Days Using  A Clinical Total Blood Support Protocol Developed By Senior Israel Cardiologist

Abstract:  In the late 90s, the age adjusted mortality rate was low in Israel compared to the USA. There were 44,537 deaths in Israel in 2018. The leading cause of death in Israel amongst both men and women was discovered to be high blood pressure and hypertension.

Population-based research about factors associated with blood pressure (BP) levels later showed that hypertension awareness and control are lacking in Israel. The lack of effective blood pressure control medication led to the global widespread of death among isreali between 1999 to 2019.

This tragedy was a wakeup call to all practicing cardiologists in Israel and it birthed the research to formulate a pure blood pressure solution centered around prevention, detection, evaluation, and treatment of High Blood Pressure and Hypertension using a specialized approach.

A committee of four (4) top cardiovascular experts was assembled and saddled with the sole responsibility of formulating a natural antihypertensive drug therapy. The team contained three hired medical experts from Karolinska University Hospital, Stockholm Sweden.

Dr Noa Tamar, a native of Israel  completed the team of four (4) senior researchers. Dr Tamar served as Executive Director, Israel Heart Foundation for 17 years. She’s also the most engaged consultant cardiologist and public health speaker when it comes to limiting the prevalence of hypertension and heart disease among the Arab, jewish and scandinavia.

Dr Noa worked as the head of operation, her job description on the project was to put together the best natural biotic plants that’s potent enough to deliver normal blood pressure reading using standardized research control. The other three experts assembled the plants into organic HBP remedy for mass usage.

After the successful formulation of the HBP remedy, a small test group of high blood pressure patients was used to validate the efficacy of the final product. Here’s a breakdown of the test result…

Participants (n = 763; aged 40–74 years) were randomly selected from the population registry and stratified by sex, age, and ethnicity (Arab or Jewish). Sociodemographic, lifestyle, chronic morbidity, drug therapy, and measured anthropometric and BP data were collected. Hypertension was defined as physician diagnosis, antihypertensive drug therapy, or systolic BP ≥140 mm Hg or diastolic BP ≥90 mm Hg.

Results showed 26.0% were aware of their high blood pressure status, and 76.0% exhibited adequate BP control after using the new blood support formulation within 83 days, other had 33% drop in their blood pressure but not at the generally accepted BP rate and it was evident they had terrible eating and drinking habits which worsen the situation.

The formulation became widely adopted in Israel and other neighboring countries to prevent inflated blood pressure reading, melts bad cholesterol and reverses other heart disorders.

Ever since, Dr Tamar has granted over 1700 interviews, she has been invited as guest speaker on several occasions to shed more light on her blood pressure solution responsible for various positive healing cases among men and women in first tier countries.

Other African countries like South Africa, Seychelles, Nigeria and Benin Republic became major beneficiaries of the solution and it’s been widely distributed among the African tribe for more than 4 years.

Just recently, one of her hidden interviews was leaked and the bulletin went viral. In the interview she explained in detail the idea behind the careful selection of each natural ingredient, how to control high blood pressure naturally, how to decipher the early warnings of high blood pressure and most importantly how any hypertensive patient can normalize their blood pressure using holistic therapy.

Some experts in the industry tagged it as the most sophisticated blood pressure diary of the 21st century. If you know anyone who’s struggling with HBP, this is the final stop as you’re about to discover the hidden secrets behind the genesis of high blood pressure and how to curb the terminal disease forever.

Below is the breakdown of the interview between Dr Tamar and the reporter.

Reporter: Give us an overview of high blood pressure.

Dr Tamar: High blood pressure (hypertension) is a common condition in which the long-term force of the blood against your artery walls is high enough that it may eventually cause health problems, such as heart disease.

Blood pressure is determined both by the amount of blood your heart pumps and the amount of resistance to blood flow in your arteries. The more blood your heart pumps and the narrower your arteries, the higher your blood pressure.  A blood pressure reading is given in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). It has two numbers.

  • Top number (systolic pressure) – The first, or upper, number measures the pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
  • Bottom number (diastolic pressure) – The second, or lower, number measures the pressure in your arteries between beats.

You can have high blood pressure for years without any symptoms. Uncontrolled high blood pressure increases your risk of serious health problems, including heart attack and stroke. Fortunately, high blood pressure can be easily detected. And once you know you have high blood pressure, you can stabilize it permanently without future complications using a new BP discovery I’ll explain shortly.

Reporter: What is the causative factor to high blood pressure in the human body?

Dr Tamar: There are mainly two types of factors responsible for high blood pressure – Primary (essential) hypertension and secondary hypertension.

For most adults, there’s no identifiable cause of high blood pressure. This type of high blood pressure, called primary (essential) hypertension, tends to develop gradually over many years.

Once you’re above 40 years, you’re prone to hbp regardless of how clinical the health routine you follow. At this stage, best practices indicate you occasionally go for blood pressure check, reduce intake of pharmaceutical products, take high blood pressure products to maintain good healthy blood vessels  and adopt natural (herbal) means of treating yourself when you’re sick.

Secondary hypertension – Some people have high blood pressure caused by an underlying condition. This type of high blood pressure, called secondary hypertension, tends to appear suddenly and cause higher blood pressure than does primary hypertension.

Various conditions and medications can lead to secondary hypertension, including: Obstructive sleep apnea, kidney disease, adrenal gland tumors, thyroid problems, certain defects you’re born with (congenital) in blood vessels, certain medications, such as birth control pills, cold remedies, decongestants, over-the-counter pain relievers and some prescription drugs, illegal drugs, such as cocaine and amphetamines.

Reporter: How rampant is high blood pressure?

Dr Tamar: High blood pressure is one of the leading causes of death annually. It is dangerous because it remains the only terminal illness that doesn’t show any major symptoms. Study shows most hypertensive patients live with high blood pressure for 8 years before they notice early warning signs of high blood pressure.

To put Nigeria as a case study – as of may 17 2022, medical experts have warned that no fewer than 76.2 million Nigerians are hypertensive. Executive Director, Nigerian Heart Foundation (NHF), Dr. Kingsley Kola Akinroye, told The GuardianNg that the prevalence of hypertension is about 38.1 per cent (76.2 million out of an average population of 200 million people).

Akinroye, who is also a consultant cardiologist, said, in Nigeria, almost one in three adults (33.3%) has hypertension, while only one third of this figure (about 23 million) are on treatment. The Foundation showed the awareness of hypertension is more in the urban than rural cities and more amongst women than men.

ALSO, the Nigerian Hypertension Society (NHS) has decried the high rate of persons suffering from hypertension in the country, warning against the consequences of the development on the nation’s economy if left uncontrolled.

Hypertension only announces its presence in most people after development of complications like stroke, heart failure, heart attack or kidney failure.

Reporter: What are the risk factors attached to hbp?

Dr Tamar: High blood pressure has many risk factors, including:

  • Age. The risk of high blood pressure increases as you age. Until about age 54, high blood pressure is more common in men. Women are more likely to develop high blood pressure after age 50.
  • Race. High blood pressure is particularly common among people of African heritage, often developing at an earlier age than it does in whites. Serious complications, such as stroke, heart attack and kidney failure, also are more common in people of African heritage.

High blood pressure tends to run in families, your family history with respect to high blood pressure is pivotal to you being diagnosed.

  • Being overweight or obese. The more you weigh, the more blood you need to supply oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. As the amount of blood flow through your blood vessels increases, so does the pressure on your artery walls.

Not being physically active. People who are inactive tend to have higher heart rates. The higher your heart rate, the harder your heart must work with each contraction and the stronger the force on your arteries. Lack of physical activity also increases the risk of being overweight.

  • Using tobacco. Not only does smoking or chewing tobacco immediately raise your blood pressure temporarily, but the chemicals in tobacco can damage the lining of your artery walls. This can cause your arteries to narrow and increase your risk of heart disease. Secondhand smoke also can increase your heart disease risk.
  • Too little potassium in your diet. Potassium helps balance the amount of sodium in your cells. A proper balance of potassium is critical for good heart health. If you don’t get enough potassium in your diet, or you lose too much potassium due to dehydration or other health conditions, sodium can build up in your blood.
  • Drinking too much alcohol. Over time, heavy drinking can damage your heart. Having more than one drink a day for women and more than two drinks a day for men may affect your blood pressure.

If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation. For healthy adults, that means up to one drink a day for women and two drinks a day for men. One drink equals 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor.

  • Certain chronic conditions. Certain chronic conditions also may increase your risk of high blood pressure, including kidney disease, diabetes and sleep apnea.

Sometimes pregnancy contributes to high blood pressure as well. Although high blood pressure is most common in adults, children may be at risk, too. For some children, high blood pressure is caused by problems with the kidneys or heart. But for a growing number of kids, poor lifestyle habits — such as an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise — contribute to high blood pressure.

Reporter: What are the possible complications of increased blood pressure?

Dr Tamar: The excessive pressure on your artery walls caused by high blood pressure can damage your blood vessels as well as your organs. The higher your blood pressure and the longer it goes uncontrolled, the greater the damage.

Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to complications including:

  • Heart attack or stroke. High blood pressure can cause hardening and thickening of the arteries (atherosclerosis), which can lead to a heart attack, stroke or other complications.
  • Aneurysm. Increased blood pressure can cause your blood vessels to weaken and bulge, forming an aneurysm. If an aneurysm ruptures, it can be life-threatening. Weakened and narrowed blood vessels in your kidneys. This can prevent these organs from functioning normally. Thickened, narrowed or torn blood vessels in the eyes. This can result in vision loss.
  • Heart failure. To pump blood against the higher pressure in your vessels, the heart has to work harder. This causes the walls of the heart’s pumping chamber to thicken (left ventricular hypertrophy). Eventually, the thickened muscle may have a hard time pumping enough blood to meet your body’s needs, which can lead to heart failure.
  • Metabolic syndrome. This syndrome is a group of disorders of your body’s metabolism, including increased waist size, high triglycerides, decreased high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol (the “good” cholesterol), high blood pressure and high insulin levels. These conditions make you more likely to develop diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
  • Dementia. Narrowed or blocked arteries can limit blood flow to the brain, leading to a certain type of dementia (vascular dementia). A stroke that interrupts blood flow to the brain also can cause vascular dementia.

Uncontrolled high blood pressure may also affect your ability to think, remember and learn. Trouble with memory or understanding concepts is more common in people with high blood pressure.

Reporter: Dr, tell our audience about your viral research formulation to combat hbp permanently.

Dr Tamar: Our blood pressure support ‘AVENA VITA’ is an ideal formulation, rich in natural components and minerals, which aims at restoring the proper functioning of the human nervous system at the cellular level.

Simply put, it helps our body remember its ability to recover, reestablishing links between all elements of the nervous, endocrine and immune systems.

Due to the unique formula of the native extracts from medicinal plants and wildlife components, the preparation Avena Vita normalizes the work of not only the blood pressure, but cleanses the blood vessels as a whole.

Reporter: Dr. Noa, What are the major components of Avena Vita?

Dr Tamar: This effect is due to the presence in the formulation of powerful natural healers such as Flax Seed, Buchu, Lavender and 7 other components in the form of cells of medicinal plants, which have been carefully selected for the elimination of the causes and consequences of high blood pressure and bad cholesterol.

  • Flax Seed: This herb has been used for years traditionally to treat many problems related to the heart. Flax seed does improve cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure.

This herb has high levels of alkaloid reserpine, a powerful compound that regulates heart function in the body. This is extremely helpful when heart issues or blood pressure is due to stress or high levels of anxiety.

Flax seed is a very powerful herb that is well-known to be highly effective for a number of physical ailments. In fact, many of the benefits of garlic are still being discovered. Recent research done at the University of Berlin found that garlic can remove nanoplague.

Nanoplague is a compound that gets deposited on the walls of cells, which leads to clogged arteries and atherosclerosis. Garlic is known to stop blood clots, lower overall cholesterol levels, which will stop high blood pressure.

Buchu: Buchu  supports the overall health of your cardiovascular system by strengthening the walls of the heart. It’s also a terrific tonic for those with heart issues. Buchu can also reduce blood pressure when taken as directed.

Buchu can thin the blood while dilating your blood vessels, which allow the blood to circulate more easily, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center.

This popular herb is also high in important antioxidants, terpenoids, and flavonoids, which are known to lower blood pressure, which improves the health of your heart.

Buchu is primarily used in western herbal medicine for urinary or bladder infections, infections anywhere in the genito-urinary system and as a warming and stimulating tonic to the kidneys and for kidney disorders.

It soothes the burning and irritation from conditions such as cystitis, urethritis, and prostatitis. It can also be used in formulas to help with the prevention or treatment of bladder stones, bladder weakness, kidney stones, bedwetting, urinary incontinence, blood in the urine and nephritis.

Its leaves are rich in essential oils such as diosphenol which acts as a stimulation to the production of urine. This means it can be used to eliminate water retention, help to lower high blood pressure and assist with shedding excess weight.

Lavender: Lavender is one of the herbs for high blood pressure. It is a highly effective heart tonic and relaxes the muscles and the arteries and veins. Lavender is known to calm the cardiovascular system and to relieve nervous tension which is sometimes related to high blood pressure. It is a highly valued tree for the medicinal remedies for its cholesterol reducing properties.

Lavender relieves sleep disturbance symptoms and has a nootropic effect – stimulates the brain, improves memory, concentration and attention. A natural antioxidant. Cleanses the body and boosts the immunity, gives energy. Alleviates the symptoms caused by changes in weather or going to another climate zone. Neutralizes the effects of stress and has a calming effect on the central nervous system.

In clinical practice, it showed its effectiveness as a hypnotic product that increases sleep duration and reduces the number of night awakenings. Stimulates production of happy hormones (serotonin and dopamine).

Students: For those battling hbp, how can they get the product?

Dr. Tamar: Avena Vita blood pressure support has been in circulation since 2017 in Nigeria and three African countries. It contains 30 capsules to be taken 1 in the morning and 1 at night after food and it is medically approved by the Isreal Food & Drug Administration.

I’ll leave an order button below for easy procurement but delivery might take up to 48 hours due to overload of backlog orders we’ve always had due to heavy referrals from previous happy customers.
